Dr. Yuhsi Wang, DAOM, L.Ac. is the Founder and Clinical Director of Hope Acupuncture & Wellness Center. Her work sits at the intersection of classical Chinese medicine and modern clinical judgment, with a focus on sports medicine, pain management, and functional recovery.

Originally from Taiwan, she began her formal training in China at Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine and completed extensive clinical internship training at Jiangsu Province Hospital of Chinese Medicine. Mentorship during this period shaped her approach to gynecology and orthopedic pain care. She later earned her master’s degree in acupuncture and oriental medicine from Texas Health and Science University and her doctorate in acupuncture and Chinese medicine from Five Branches University.

Care at Hope is measured, individualized, and grounded in pattern recognition, patient response over time, and real outcomes rather than rigid protocols or exaggerated claims. Dr. Wang builds treatment plans with the same philosophy that drives Hope University: clear explanations, modern clinical language, and an honest respect for what medicine can and cannot promise.

In practice, Dr. Wang is known for precise assessment and treatment plans that evolve as progress becomes clear. Her goal is simple: help patients make real progress with a plan that is direct, grounded, and built for long-term results rather than temporary relief.

Outside the clinic, she enjoys CrossFit and is currently learning Pilates and running.
