Using Your Health Insurance

At Hope Acupuncture & Wellness Center, we are pleased to bill your insurance for care provided under our in-network coverage.

We participate as an in-network provider with the following insurance companies:

Verify Your Insurance Coverage

We handle all insurance verification in-house through our billing team. When booking your appointment, please select your preferred time and follow the prompts to upload your insurance card and complete your intake information. Our billing team will verify your coverage before your visit.

To ensure everything is ready for your appointment, please submit your insurance information at least 48 hours in advance.

Please note: Many insurance plans limit acupuncture coverage to specific conditions. If your condition is not covered, you may be responsible for paying out of pocket for care.

Out-of-Network Patients

If your insurance provider is not listed above, please contact us directly. Our team will be happy to help you explore your coverage options and discuss self-pay or package rates.
